  2. You must know how to upload your files.
  3. No illegal, obscene, or hateful content is allowed.
  4. Your site should preferably not contain ads.

You may want to take a look at some of my current hostees to get an idea of what kinds of sites I don't mind hosting.

I'm generally OK with any kind of site you have in mind as long as the above rules are adhered to, though I have a soft spot for anything artistic or design-related. ;)
